Make sure to use an accurate email when you place your order to avoid delays. We are committed to protecting our user's privacy and your personal information will remain confidential at all times.

If you have created an account(using your email and password) then you can log in to your account and download the files visiting My Account >>> Files and click on the Assignment file name to download your file/s.

If you did not create the account then you will receive the email to your PayPal email or the email you used at the time of checkout.

I am unable to download a file! What should I do?

A file download email is sent to the email address, used to complete the order. This email will contain your order number and a link to download the file. You will be able to download the file a total of 3 times before it expires in one week. Make sure to save the file to your computer to avoid using the download link multiple times.
