2)Buyer may not chargeback through credit card issuer or PayPal for any fees they pay for a buying service or tutorials on the Site. If you do a chargeback, Site has a right to immediately suspend your account; or charge you for the cost of such chargeback plus any other applicable fees.

3) Tutors/Experts receive payment for their services and tutorials from Students via the Site only. 995tutorials does not condone or in any way participate or become a party to any off-site transactions between users of the Site. Site reserves the right to suspend Relevant Users accounts involving off-Site transaction
