During the next four weeks you will develop a research project where you identify a problem, state a research question, collect data, apply descriptive statistics, apply an inferential statistical test, interpret your results and provide recommendations for future action.  You will be collaborating on the SAME topic, but you will be submitting individual papers each week.  This is an individual project that has a collaborative element - you want to be working on the same topic because you can discuss the project among your team members and - through each other's ideas and insights - learn about how to apply statistical concepts to a business environment.

Based on your Week 2 collaborative learning team discussion, submit, individually, a 350- to 700-word paper outlining the following from your team collaboration:

Select a company at which a team member works.
Select one problem from the company.

Identify a research variable or variables.

State a formal research QUESTION that will be the focus of your research initiative

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines including title page, use of the thid person voice, use of section headers, use of references and in-text citations and proper margins, grammar, etc..
